A savory smell spreads through the air. Follow the smell and stand in front of the grill where the tripe is baked. There is a white gopchang cooked as a pre-cooked, and as soon as the order is placed, stir-fry the gopchang on the spot. I order Sundae and vegetable gopchang. Mix various vegetables and glass noodles with gopchang and add sundae and mix it with spicy seasoning. The unique smell of gopchang, vegetables, and spices combine well to create a very fragrant scent.
It is one of the menus that I often use when I want to drink cold beer or drink alone at home. The menu is full and goes well with the refreshing taste of beer. And I recommend you to take cheese powder and ground sesame when you wrap it. If you eat it in half with cheese powder on one side and sesame seeds on the other, you can taste two similar and different flavors.
Chewy gopchang and spicy sauce continue to appeal to me. It’s delicious if you cut more perilla leaves at home.
