‘The sea eel’ named in front of the store. All eels were thought of as the same eels, but sea eels are different from ordinary eels. Eels that live in fresh water are commonly called ‘eels’ and sea eels are called conger. The difference is that freshwater eels are scaly, chewy and savory, while sea eels have no scales and are lined with white spots evenly spaced above the siding and taste smooth.
The price is much cheaper for sea eels. I don’t know why, but maybe it’s the size. Compared to ordinary freshwater eels, sea eels are about half the size. I think freshwater eels are bigger because they are farmed and get a food as much as they can.
When you order, first take out the biscuit fired eel and bake it again on a grill. They say the reason is to shorten the time when there are a lot of orders. It’s been pre-cooked, but it still takes a long time to bake. Turn back and forth and cook until golden brown and add flavor by applying handmade sauce.
I can feel the softness of the flesh at first sight. When flipping back and forth, you can see that the flesh is slightly crushed even if you flip it with the tongs. Cut it into pieces that are easy to eat, wrap it, and go home and eat it with beer.
