I always go to Jeju island to eat seafood. Jeju Island is a good place to eat fresh seafood. You can eat it in Seoul and anywhere, but strangely, whenever i come to here, i always find seafood. Before entering the late night accommodation, we pack assorted seafood from a nearby store. The abalones, sea cucumbers, and turban shell are just taken out, trimmed, cut into bite-sized pieces, and put them right away.
Wash abalone thoroughly first, remove teeth, cut sea cucumbers, remove intestines, remove the conch, and slice them. Dip the fresh assorted seafood in the sauce and add it with soju and beer! Wow!

You can eat as much as you want in Seoul, but it doesn’t remind you of Jeju Island. The price is not cheaper, but it’s strange to eat seafood for at least one meal in Jeju Island.
Before entering the accommodation, stop by a nearby restaurant and order a small assorted seafood. Take abalone, sea cucumber, and conch out of the aquarium at the same time as you order and go into the kitchen and start trimming right away. Wash abalone thoroughly, remove teeth, cut it into bite-sized pieces, remove the entrails of sea cucumber, cut it into bite-sized pieces, remove the shell of the conch, slice it, and pack it right away.
Buy a bottle of soju and come into the accommodation, spread out assorted seafood, savor the smell of the sea with soju, and chew it. Wow! This is the taste! This taste is Jeju Island.
