There are many other things to see around Gimnyeong Beach. One of them is the ‘Geo Trail’.
The 19th and 20th trails of Jeju Olle trail, also pass Gimnyeong-gil, but apart from Olle trail, there is a geological trail.
The course starts from Oulim Center in Gimnyeong and returns to Gimnyeong Beach around Gimnyeong Village. If you enjoy swimming and have time, walk along the geological trail.
Follow the geologic trail guide plate and the leash to make it easy to find.
Besides the geological trail, there are Gimnyeong Cave, Manjang Cave, and Yongcheon Cave near here. If you have time, let’s visit there. With all three caves attached, it is easy to find and easy to walk around.
In addition to the beach introduced, Hamdeok and Samyeong Black Sand beach are located in the northeastern part of Jeju Island.
