There are two famous waterfalls in Seogwipo City, Jeju island. One is Cheonjiyeon Falls. The other one is the Jeongbang Falls.

Seogwipo has more waterfalls than other areas, with water-resistant tuff rocks widely distributed in other areas, and less permeable underground floors.

Among the Seogwipo Falls, Cheonjiyeon Falls is one of the most visited by tourists in terms of scale and landscape.

Cheonjiyeon means a pond where the sky and the earth meet. The length of the waterfall is 22 meters, and the depth of the pond below it is 20 meters. This is why it is called the pond where the sky meets the earth.

The Biosphere Reserve, the world’s seven largest natural landmarks are located right in front of the ticket office.

If you walk about 10 minutes from the ticket office, you can finally see Cheonjiyeon Falls. I can see the construction site at first than the grandeur and beauty of Cheonjiyeon waterfall..

I hope the construction will be finished soon.

The dripping mist of waterfall touches my skin and makes it cool. The sound of water produced by water falling from high places and its coolness continue to catch the eye.

The color is unusual whether it is the influence of the floor. A dark green spot.

The best spot where the waterfall comes out in picture is full of tourists to take pictures. If you stand near the waterfall, your face will be full of moisture. But it’s cool.

Cheonjiyeon Waterfall can be circled in a large circle. If you come in one direction when you come in, go in the opposite direction when you leave.

I’m looking at the stream that’s calm and cool, and I’d like to soak my feet. Then i found a place i can dip my feet on a stream.

I’m gonna sit down and dip my feet. My body is getting hot, but my feet are cool. It is so cool.

On the southwest side of Cheonjiyeon Falls, evergreen trees and orchids such as Castanopsis cedar and Camellia form a dense forest.

It is cool even in the middle of summer, and the walking trail is well constructed with basalt, so men and women of all ages can enjoy nature comfortably.
