Is there a traditional dessert in Korea, too?
In fact, it is difficult to separate parts and classify them as desert as Western dishes because Korean dishes are evenly served.
One of the most popular Korean desserts of all time is Hangwa(Korean traditional sweets and cookies). There are various Hangwa depending on how you make them or the materials you use.
yugwa , Deep-fried Sweet Rice Cake
This is a typical food that is mixed with bean water and wine in glutinous rice flour and boiled it by pushing it thinly and then splashing it in oil to coat it with rice powder.
Yakgwa, Honey Cookie
It is a food made with sesame oil and honey in flour. In our country, it is a dish that is not excluded from the ritual. It’s a bit sticky and stiff, but if you keep chewing, it’s a strange snack that gives you a sweet taste.
Junggwa, fruits preserved in honey
It is a hangwa that is cooked with honey in the fruit or fruit of a plant. we enjoyed it because it has the advantage of keeping it for a long time.
Dasik, Tea Confectionery

Here are three representative types.
Persimmon punch is a drink with dried persimmon or pine nuts in ginger and cinnamon water. At least this is what we’re seeing now. In the Joseon Dynasty, it was said that all plum blossoms, yuja, sansa, dangguksa, and plum powder with honey or pine nuts was called persimmon punch
Sweet rice drink
