Paju City newly opened the Majang Lake area in March 2018 as the “Autrothema park,” which is equipped with walking trails, trekking courses, camping grounds, water-play experience facilities, suspension bridges, observatory and cafes.
Lake Majang has beautiful four seasons.
In spring, beautiful flowers are in full bloom, In summer, you can enjoy camping, starlight in the night sky, and fireflies. In autumn, colorful fall leaves heal itself. There is a pleasure to walk comfortably even in winter.
We can’t forget the Majang suspension bridge that heated up Paju last year. Since opening last year, over 3 million people have visited this Bridge, which has become Paju’s representative tourist destination.
As you walk along the well-established mountain trails, a red bridge emerges. It’s a suspension bridge. The bridge in the high place makes me feel scary.
The 220m long suspension bridge can be reached in about 10 minutes by adult walk. You can feel a lot of dizziness on the feet shaking.
For light trekking along Lake Majang, the end of the suspension bridge provides a path to the Dulegil. Walking around the lake in the warm sunshine is another way to enjoy it.
